Harmony Venue Booking Policy & Guidelines

At Harmony Venue, our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every event. Please review our policies carefully before booking.

Booking & Payment Policy

• A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

• A refundable security deposit is also required and must be paid along with your final balance. This will be returned after your event, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

Guest Capacity

• Harmony Venue can accommodate up to 100 guests maximum.

• Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your event without refund.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol is permitted only with proper event insurance.

• The renter must provide proof of event liability insurance covering alcohol at least 7 days prior to the event.

• A licensed bartender is required for any event serving alcohol (no self-serve alcohol allowed).

• Alcohol must be served responsibly at all times.

• No selling of alcohol is allowed without proper licensing.

• Harmony Venue reserves the right to end alcohol service or the event if safety becomes a concern.

Safety & Event Regulations

• The property is under 24/7 surveillance for your safety and security.

• Disorderly conduct, fighting, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated, and authorities may be contacted if necessary.

• All exits, walkways, and emergency paths must remain clear at all times.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• The renter is responsible for the actions of all guests and vendors.

• All events must end at the agreed-upon time. Additional time must be purchased in advance.

General Guidelines

• All vendors must be submitted to and approved by Harmony Venue prior to your event.

• Setup and breakdown must occur within your scheduled rental time unless additional time is purchased.

• All trash must be properly disposed of, and the venue must be left in the condition it was received.

Do you provide catering or other services?

Unfortunately, catering is not a service we offer at Harmonyvenue.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits made to secure your booking with Harmony Venue are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your event, your deposit will not be returned.

Date changes may be requested but are only permitted upon approval and are subject to availability.Our full cancellation policy, including additional terms and conditions, is outlined in your event contract

Are there parking and accessibility options available?

Yes, Harmonyvenue provides ample parking for guests, as well as accessible entrances to accommodate everyone. Your comfort and convenience are a priority for us.

Can I decorate the space as I wish?

Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize the event space to reflect your vision. Our team can provide guidelines and support to ensure your decorations fit within the venue's aesthetic.

Harmony Venue Vendors policy’s ?

Outside vendors are allowed. However, all vendors must be submitted to Harmony Venue management for approval in advance and added to your event file. Vendors must follow all house rules and be properly licensed and insured, where applicable.

Harmony Venue reserves the right to reject any vendor that does not meet our standards or comply with our policies.

Does Harmony Venue allow Alcholic Beverages

Yes, alcoholic beverages are permitted at Harmony Venue. However, all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Proof of insurance must be submitted at least one week prior to your event.

Please note: BYOB (self-service) is not allowed.

Does Harmony Venue allow smoking?

No, smoking is not permitted inside Harmony Venue. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and any other smoking products. Smoking is not allowed in the front of the building at any time.

Please ensure all guests follow this policy. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.
